It employs advanced crushing, separation, and pollution control technologies to transform waste appliances into high-value raw materials.

Operational Workflow

The system follows a strictly sequential process to maximize material purity:

  1. Pre-treatment: Waste appliances are placed on an unpowered drum for manual disassembly. Glass and loose plastics are removed.
  2. Primary Shredding: The machine carcass enters a double-shaft shredder for preliminary shearing.
  3. Secondary Crushing: Materials pass through a hammer crusher for kneading and fine crushing.
  4. Magnetic Separation: Ferrous metals (Iron) are separated from the stream using magnetic belts.
  5. Eddy Current Separation: The remaining stream enters an eddy current system to eject non-ferrous metals (Copper and Aluminum).
  6. Final Plastic Purification: Remaining plastics airflow separation to ensure pure plastic output. Recovered foam is compressed into blocks.
