Refrigerator/Washing Recycling Line
Engineered for high-efficiency recycling, Refrigerator/Washing Recycling Line processes 600 units/hour with a sealed negative pressure system. It features intelligent automation and robust safety monitoring. Achieves superior recovery rates (≥99% Iron, ≥97% Cu/Al), ensuring eco-friendly separation of plastics, metals, and foams.
Details
Refrigerator/Washing Recycling Line is designed for the comprehensive dismantling and material recovery of large home appliances, specifically refrigerators (120L-220L+) and washing machines. It utilizes advanced crushing, separation, and pollution control technologies to convert waste appliances into high-value raw materials

Operational Workflow
The system follows a strictly sequential process to maximize material purity:
- Pre-treatment: Waste appliances are placed on an unpowered drum for manual disassembly. Glass and loose plastics are removed.
- Hazardous Waste Removal: Specialized devices classify and recover refrigerants. Compressors and condensers are manually removed.
- Primary Shredding: The machine carcass enters a double-shaft shredder for preliminary shearing.
- Secondary Crushing: Materials pass through a hammer crusher for kneading and fine crushing.
- Air Separation: During crushing, light polyurethane foam is extracted via air separation. Heavy materials (metals/plastics) move to conveyors.
- Magnetic Separation: Ferrous metals (Iron) are separated from the stream using magnetic belts.
- Eddy Current Separation: The remaining stream enters an eddy current system to eject non-ferrous metals (Copper and Aluminum).
- Final Plastic Purification: Remaining plastics and foam undergo airflow separation to ensure pure plastic output. Recovered foam is compressed into blocks.

Features
1.Intelligent Automation: The line utilizes a man-machine isolation operation mode. A central monitoring screen provides real-time data on equipment status, ensuring high efficiency with minimal manual intervention.
2.Negative Pressure System: The entire recovery process operates within a sealed, negative-pressure environment to prevent gas leakage.
3.Pollution Control: Integrated dust removal systems capture particulate matter, ensuring emissions meet strict national standards.
4.Enhanced Safety: The line is equipped with advanced detection facilities for temperature and gas concentrations (specifically cyclopentane). It features a graded alarm system and automatic safety controls to prevent fire or explosion hazards.
