The following picture demonstrates the test results of our Capacitors Recycling Machine, as tested by customers. We also offer free testing of your materials—simply send your capacitors to us, and we’ll test the machine for you without any charge.

PROCESS DESCRIPTION

The process begins with the capacitors being fed into a knife crusher, which breaks them into 10mm pieces. These pieces are then ground into fine powders using a water-cooled turbo-type grinding machine. Afterward, the material is separated using a rotary screen: larger pieces are sent back to the grinding machine for further processing, while the fine powders are directed to an electrostatic separator. Finally, the aluminum and plastic components are effectively separated into aluminum granules and plastic granules, ready for further processing or sale.
