This project enables the customer to recover base metals and precious metals from waste PCBs in a clean, safe, and economically viable process.

2. On-Site Equipment Configuration

(1) Motherboard Crushing & Separating Line

This system mechanically processes dismantled PCBs to recover copper, aluminum, resin powder, and fiber glass.

Primary Shredding

Fine Crushing

  • Multi-stage crushing to 20–40 mesh powder

Airflow Gravity Separation

Electrostatic Separator

  • Achieves ≥ 98% metal purity
  • Essential for preparing cleaner materials before further gold stripping or refining

This ensures the customer obtains high-purity copper while gold-bearing parts are transferred for chemical recovery.

(2) Gold Stripping Machine

This unit handles gold-plated components from PCBs such as connectors, fingers, and electronic terminals.
