India Circuit Board Dismantling and Crushing Separating Line Customer Site
Details
The India Circuit Board Dismantling and Crushing Separating Line is a compact yet high-efficiency PCB recycling project designed to process 100–200 kg/h of mixed electronic waste boards. Combining a fully automatic PCB Dismantling Machine with a stable Motherboard Crushing & Separating Line, the system enables the customer to achieve clean, precise, and profitable metal recovery with minimal labor input.
1. Project Background
The Indian customer specializes in recycling:
- Computer and laptop motherboards
- Mobile phone PCBs
- Small home appliance control boards
- Gold-plated and mixed electronic assemblies
Their goals included:
- Replace manual dismantling with mechanized, safer equipment
- Maintain high metal recovery purity despite small production scale
- Build a compact line suitable for limited workshop space
- Ensure clean, dust-free operation that meets local environmental standards
The 100–200 kg/h line perfectly fits small-to-medium recyclers needing stable performance and low operating cost.
2. On-Site Equipment Configuration
(1) PCB Dismantling Machine
This machine removes electronic components from PCBs automatically.
- Circulating hot-air heating for uniform solder melting
- Components drop off naturally without manual prying
- Suitable for all PCB sizes and thicknesses
- Equipped with a fume extraction and purification system
Recovered components (ICs, MLCCs, BGA, connectors, gold-plated parts) are collected for downstream processing.
(2) Motherboard Crushing & Separating Line
Primary Shredding
- Low-speed, high-torque shredder
- Efficiently handles dismantled boards and thicker computer PCBs
Fine Crushing
- Multi-stage crushing to reach 20–40 mesh particle size
- Wear-resistant blades for long-term stability
Airflow Gravity Separation
- Separates resin/fiber powder from heavier metal particles
Electrostatic Separator
- Recovers high-purity copper, aluminum, and mixed metal powder
- Final metal purity: ≥ 98%
The line ensures high separation accuracy while maintaining low noise and dust emissions.
3. On-Site Performance
Once installed and commissioned, the Indian project demonstrated:
- 100–200 kg/h stable processing capacity
- Excellent separation purity with minimal metal loss
- Clean, negative-pressure dust-controlled workshop
- Easy operation with simple daily maintenance
- Labor demand reduced from several workers to only 1–2 operators
The customer recognized significant improvements in efficiency, safety, and product quality.
